From Global Travels to Thai Culinary Excellence

Frank and Yin ( his Thai spouse) met 15+ years ago in Phuket and since about a year ago, both created Gozar where it stands now. With focus on Thai Cuisine, Yin blends Thai flavors since her youth and learned into a unique dining experience.
The focus remains Thai Cuisine. Every early morning Yin selects and buy most of the products on local markets. Since her youth, she has been juggling with Thai market products, it’s always a unique food experience at Gozar.
Passion for Food​
On June 1, 2024, Frank and Yin started to build up GoZar, as it stands now, by creating a cozy, family-friendly restaurant that celebrates the culinary traditions of Thailand, including Western Food cultures.

Mission
Their journey began with a passionate love for each other in Phuket. This love brought another kind of love and passion, the love for the local cuisine and culinary heritage of the island. ( Love goes through the stomach! ). Together they create, combine and mix culinary traditions and offer a unique dining experience that celebrates both Thai and International flavors.

Taste the Fusion
Located on Wiset Road from Chalong Round Point to Rawai Beach, Gozar operates daily from 11:00 to midnight. All Thai dishes are typical or regional specialties, in addition, smoked chicken in traditional Thai (Hong) Clay pots is also a highlight of our commitment to Thai quality and Thai authenticity. Whether you’re enjoying our Spicy Tom Yum or Chicken Massaman each dish tells a story of passion and culinary expertise.
